Pre-Qualify

We will help you determine how much of a loan you can qualify for and the mortgage payment amount you are able to afford by helping you pre-qualify. Some benefits open to you after you find your next house, and have achieved pre-qualification. The first is that you can know the amount you will be able to afford when determining your offer. Even more important to the seller, your pre-qualification gives them confidence - as if you had come into their house with a bag of cash to make the offer! They need not be concerned they are wasting their time if you can't have the ability to qualify for a big enough mortgage loan. The seller of the home won't be concerned that he won't be able to count on you to qualify for your mortgage in the amount you'll need.Your qualifying for the necessary loan amount will not be something for them to be concerned about. You have the capability to back up your offer.
